About the Plan

The 401k is held with 401GO to provide multiple tools, education resources, and additional means to serve you. With 401GO, a customized portfolio based off your needs and investment goals.

Plan Assets are custodied by Matrix Financial Solutions, a Broadridge Financial Solutions company.

The Financial Advisor for the plan is: Bradley Shammas, CFP®, CPFA.

  • Eligible if:
    • You must attain age 18, and
    • You must complete 3 months of service
  • Enrollment Periods:
    • You may be automatically enrolled in the plan on the first day of the month following eligibility
    • You may opt out of the plan at any time by loggin in online
  • Select your salary deferral percentage:
    • Up to 100% of your eligible pay*
    • Up to $23,500/year, with an additional Catch Up contribution of $7,500 (Age 50+) or an additional Catch Up contribution of $11,250 (Age 60-63)
    • Vesting: 100% 
  • Company Match: Safe Harbor Matching Contribution Account in an amount equal to:
    • The Employer will contribute a matching contribution to your Safe Harbor Matching Contribution Account in an amount equal to: (i) 100% of the Matched Employee Contributions that are not in excess of 3% of your Plan Compensation, plus (ii) 50% of the amount of the Matched Employee Contributions that exceed 3% of your Plan Compensation but that do not exceed 5% of your Plan Compensation. Matching contributions will be allocated to the Safe Harbor Matching Contribution Accounts of Participants as soon as administratively feasible after the end of each pay period.
    • i.e., to get the full match of 4%, you would contribute 5% of your pay.
  • Vesting:
    • Employee & Employer Safe Harbor Match: 100%
    • Employer Matching Contribution and Profit Sharing: vest based on your Years of Vesting Service according to a 2-6 year graded vesting schedule (20% per year starting with two years of vesting service)
