About the Plan
Your retirement plan is an important benefit you shouldn't overlook. It offers a powerful way to enhance your long-term financial well-being by investing in yourself. This page includes great resources to get started.

The Financial Advisor for the plan is: Bradley Shammas, CFP®, CPFA.
- Eligible if:
- You must attain age 21, and
- You complete one (1) Year of Eligibility Service, provided that you are an
Eligible Employee on that date - Please see the plan documents for additional details*
- How much you can contribute:
- Up to 100% of your eligible pay*
- In 2026, up to $24,500/year, +$8,000/year if age 50 and over, or +$11,250 if ages 60-63.
- Employer Match
- Up to a 4% Match of your Plan Compensation
- Match formula: 100% of your deferrals up to 3% + 50% of your deferrals over 3% but that does not exceed 5%.
- i.e. to get the full 4% match takes a contribution of 5%
- Employee & Employer Match: 100%
- Employer match is automatically enrolled on Jan 1st and July 1st after one full year of service
- Employer Profit Sharing
- Your interest in your Employer Matching Contribution Account and Non-Elective Contribution Account will vest based on your Years of Vesting Service (defined below) in accordance with the following schedule:
- Less than Two Years 0%
- Two Years but less than Three Years 20%
- Three Years but less than Four Years 40%
- Four Years but less than Five Years 60%
- Five Years but less than Six Years 80%
- Six or More Years 100%*
- Your interest in your Employer Matching Contribution Account and Non-Elective Contribution Account will vest based on your Years of Vesting Service (defined below) in accordance with the following schedule:
